The U.S Open 2020 Golf Major – Bryson DeChambeau Above the Rest

The U.S Open, despite being delayed due to Covid 19, was a great spectacle this year rounded off by a masterclass from Bryson Dechambeau to defeat Matthew Wolff. The two were level-pegging half way through the final 18 holes but a few missed puts from Wolff gave the steady Bryson the edge he needed to see out the back nine holes. It was a great display of professionalism and a good lesson for other golfers in how to deal with pressure on the golf course. Some say that the pace of play was quite slow, but Bryson is now the champion of the U.S Open and that is all that matters in the golfing world. The lack of fans was a slight dampener, but overall it was a splendid display of golf.
